UPDATE for 2022
As we continue to emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic, and as mandatory restrictions are eased in Scotland, we at Viewbank will retain some of protocols in the interest of safety for ourselves, our family and our guests, and also to safeguard our business.
These include:
- Keeping the breakfast tables distanced, with the dining room split with the guest lounge area to avoid overcrowding in one room. We will also be using the transfer station trays next to tables to avoid leaning across when serving.
- We will also continue to wear face masks/visors within the public areas.
- We will not be returning to servicing guest bedrooms on a daily basis during your stay in order to mitigate any cross contamination. But if you should need anything replacing such as towels, water bottles or milk etc. please leave them outside your room (Towels in the bags provided), or inform us after breakfast, and they will be replaced with fresh items.
- On your day of departure, please put all towels (whether used or not) into the bags provided and leave in your room.
- Hand sanitisers will be available in all public areas and in guest bedrooms.
Once again, thank you for your help and understanding while we all try to return to normality in the safest way possible, and we very much hope you enjoy your stay with us at Viewbank.
